LX®-1082 RESIN

LX®-1082,280 Resin is an inert thermoplastic hydrocarbon resin. Due to its high softening point and good solubility characteristics, this resin can be used in: • Various alkyd-based coatings as an extender to increase film hardness, chemical resistance, gloss and moderately reduce dry time. • Adhesives and caulks to improve tack and bond strength and to reduce sag; • Ink applications for pigment wetting and controlling ink/water balance.
