NR, SR resin plasticizer, softener; add directly; readily incorporates; does not affect cure; gives vulcanizate with extremely good aging and electrical properties; permits retention of high tensile strength and elongation, and low hardness and compression set; gives low temp flexibility, good stability; suitable for packaging all but fatty foods; gives nitrocellulose films high tensile strength, good flexibility, excellent light stability.
